TREE's Major Activities & Accomplishments
  • Launched Outside Day March 4th, 2009

  • Hosted its first annual Campfire Connection at Springs Shores, Jan. 27th 2011
  • Began the Croak Campaign, a frog monitoring program, spring 2009

  • Annual Wolf Tracking field trip to Lowman, Idaho every February

  • TREE celebrated its 20th Anniversary in 2010

  • Hosted our first Youth Environmental Summit, March 12th, 2011
  • Launched Talking Out podcast to showcase outdoor enthusiasts, Nov. 2010
  • TREE has sponsored thirteen student field trips to Belize and two trips to Ecuador for two-week eco-expeditions, where students have learned about tropical rainforests, scuba dived on coral reefs and visited indigenous cultures. 
  • Launched EcoCaching, to make being outside even more fun, April 2011.
  • TREE's Annual Spring Student Leadership whitewater raft trip with Bear River Raft Co., on the Main Payette River, in south central Idaho

  • TREE's Annual Salmon River whitewater rafting trip every summer with TREE's sister organization, Wild Science Explorers
